Bizwise is a suite of tools for anyone to start and run a small business on a day to day basis. We help customers gain an online presence using a semi-automated website generator, bring their business to the information age by setting them up with GSuite, expand their customer base with an e-commerce solution, and more.
What You Will Be Doing
At Bizwise, we emphasize the importance in close relationships with our customers. As a Customer Success Representative, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Fostering connections between small business owners and the customer engineering team at Bizwise to better understand their needs and ensure their long term success with Bizwise
- Serving as the main contact person between customers and the rest of the Bizwise team
- Plan and execute the customer onboarding process
- Assisting customers with standard request's within their accounts to put them in the best posiiton possible. **What to Expect
