Bizwise is a suite of tools for anyone to start and run a small business on a day to day basis. We help customers gain an online presence using a semi-automated website generator, bring their business to the information age by setting them up with GSuite, expand their customer base with an e-commerce solution, and more.

What You Will Be Doing

At Bizwise, we emphasize the importance in close relationships with our customers. As a Customer Success Representative, you will primarily be responsible for:

  1. Fostering connections between small business owners and the customer engineering team at Bizwise to better understand their needs and ensure their long term success with Bizwise
  2. Serving as the main contact person between customers and the rest of the Bizwise team
  3. Plan and execute the customer onboarding process
  4. Assisting customers with standard request's within their accounts to put them in the best posiiton possible. **What to Expect
