Levels.fyi is looking for a full-time software engineer (backend primarily with full-stack exposure preferred) to join our early team and build the future of compensation and careers! You'll be joining a close-knit team of 3 engineers currently to work across our product verticals. You'll have the opportunity to lead and own new projects / initiatives from idea to production end-to-end (architecture to deployment). We move fast and have come an incredibly long way on a tiny team. We're looking for a self-starter and resourceful engineer with strong communication skills and experience building things from scratch.

👤 Who we're looking for:
3+ years of full time work experience
Experience building systems from scratch, independently
Experience building and shipping production-ready sites
Strong product intuition
Strong experience with Backend and integrating with Frontend
Experience with Node.js, Typescript, AWS, Postgresql, Nest.js, Redis
Nice to have: Familiarity with React or Next.js, Typescript
