Job Summary:

The Marketing Lead at will play a critical role in enhancing our brand's engagement and presence. Your primary focus will be to manage and execute our event strategies, maintain and optimize our website for maximum engagement and lead generation, create compelling content across multiple platforms, and develop product marketing initiatives that clearly articulate the benefits and features of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all events, including trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage the website, ensuring that it is always up-to-date, reflects our brand message, and is optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Lead content strategy and creation across various channels including blogs, white papers, case studies, and videos to drive engagement and educate our audience.
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies that clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and services to the target audience.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and product roadmap
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure maintains a competitive edge in the market
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring marketing projects to fruition.
  • Manage and adhere to marketing budget allocated for respective activities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in event management, website management, content creation, and product marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft content for different channels and audiences.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and translate them into high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of web design principles and content management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
