About the role:

The Strategic Account Executive will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with key BPO partners and strategic clients. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets and actively contributing to our revenue growth objectives. The candidate will demonstrate a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the BPO industry, with a strong track record in driving client engagement and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts within the large BPO sector and among strategic clients.
  • Cultivate strong, executive-level relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Analyze customer needs and present integrated solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Account Management, and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and strategic recommendations.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed annual sales targets of $3 million


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role, particularly in the BPO or related industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
