Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and deal closures. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships.


  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Converting leads into clients
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Creating proposals and presentation material
  • Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Conduct Demos with high ticket clients
  • Maintain long lasting relationships with the prospective and existing clients


  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in lead generation and market research
  • Ideal Work experience in Sales: 0 to 2 years
  • Ability to create effective and engaging presentations
  • Knowledge of the online education industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the education technology industry is a plus

CTC - 4.5L (Fixed) + 3L (Variable)
